What We Seek
We're looking for a technically skilled and process-minded Monday.com Workflow Automation Developer to join our Technology Department. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable Monday.com solutions, including workflows, integrations, and automations. You'll work closely with developers and operations to implement technical solutions that support business processes.
While your primary focus will be technical delivery, you'll collaborate with our operations team-who will lead stakeholder alignment and change management-to ensure solutions are well-integrated and adopted across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Monday.com workflows, dashboards, and automations to optimize business processes.
- Create and manage APIs and integrations using Make.com and other platforms.
- Customize Monday.com architecture to meet departmental needs and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the operations team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define and implement operational processes in partnership with the operations team.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on Monday.com functionalities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Monday.com integrations to ensure seamless operation.

- Identify processes that are feasible for automation with recommendations for benefits and savings
- Run workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process
- Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation Delivery
- Recommendations to alter or reengineer process to automate or improve automation potential
- Analyze and observe processes to understand the process steps and applications used to complete business transactions by a user
- Complete the standard templates for PDD to ensure that all business scenarios are in scope to be configured into RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- The examples are as below:
- Detail process steps, navigation, applications details type, application elements used etc.
- Study process information, standard operation procedures, process maps volumetrics trending, seasonality, cyclicality, service levels set up error rate, error volumes, exception handling steps, capacity utilization FTE, productivity metrics and average handling time
- Process interdependencies
- Financial or regulatory compliance considerations
- Detail understanding of the inputs to the process structured vs unstructured layouts, different formats
- Create the To Be Automated Flow future state to automate the process
- Detail Robot Automation logic from the start of the process to completion of the business transaction
- Design automation flow to be unattended
- Conversion of unstructured inputs to structured, if required
- Clearly detail each step of business logic to be configured into the robot
- Create alternate flows, nested validations and verifications to detail the various paths a transaction can traverse through the automation flow being designed
- Detail the completion of a transaction as required by the process outputs of the process
Desired skills and experience:
- Minimum 4 5 years experience in gathering requirement, process analysis, developing process improvement, data management and ensuring reliability of data
- Working closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills / business writing skills, to be able to lead and drive discussions with the customer's business and IT teams

SUMMARY
The Process Automation Controls Technicianhas responsibility for overall Electrical Maintenance Operationsat the Denver Roofing facility. This personis responsible for all aspects of the electrical maintenance processes,and uses engineering skills to drive improvements in safety, productivity and quality, while reducing costs and assuring environmental compliance.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Electrical Maintenance Operations

- Develop and ensure execution on Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs for all site electrical equipment

- Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and complete set of as-built electrical and controls documentation; including automation device data base (HMI'S, VFD's, & PLC's)
- Develop capital projects as necessary; and ensure electrical led projects are on-time and in budget
- Identifies and captures opportunities for reliability performance and cost improvement
- Works closely with the Operation Department in a team-based environment that is designed to manage in a manner that will ensure continuously improving machine performance and employee efficiency
- Promotes a service and quality culture within the department to meet/exceed established goals
- Improves the reliability of the plant systems and assets with implementation of new technologies
- Assists plant and corporate engineering in identifying and scoping control systems related projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS
