  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinates vehicle preventative maintenance and repairs with clients and technicians.

What You'll Do

Responsible for converting data into actionable business insights using charts, graphs, aggregates, statistical computations, etc. based on the business needs of the Association.

Utilizes appropriate data mining techniques and methodologies across the reporting environment to identify patterns, trends, and insights within the data.

Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems.

Creates reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate results to respective stakeholders.

Works closely with management in performing qualitative and quantitative research on economic, industry, and market conditions for utilization in risk management processes.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.

Over eight (8) years of experience in an Information Technology and Business Operations environment. Experience must include platform independent report writing, in-depth understanding of the source, structure, and correlation of the Association's data.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook), SQL reporting tools, and business systems software, with the ability to quickly learn new applications.

Strong data interpretation skills to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.

Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and presentation skills , with sharp attention to detail.
