The Project Delivery Engineer for process will manage the end to end delivery of the site capital project for our Hellman's Mayonnaise factory in Chicago. The projects will mainly be in process and utilities, but they will be based on a wide range of safety, quality, infrastructure, savings, and equipment improvements. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Organized and detail-oriented to deliver projects respective safety, product quality, project timing, and cost. You will be supported by full-time and hired contractors to execute the projects. The Project Engineer for process takes a leadership role over a portion of the capital project portfolio in the site.
Management of improvement projects in a fast-moving environment with many stakeholders requires the ability for independent decision making, constructive collaboration, managing expectations, and navigating tradeoffs for our customers (the factory). The position is responsible for cost estimating, analyzing options, building business cases, critiquing designs, managing construction, installation, commissioning, and handover with minimal supervision. As a member of management in a factory, you will be expected to lead other activities in our safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs. You are the site expert on food processing, batching, and energy and utilities management.
The Project Delivery Engineer leads the standardization and development of the plant masterplan for process, grounds, and utilities. Technical resource to the category engineering team for new products and re-stages (innovation and renovation), and a resource for factory continuous improvement programs.
The role also participates in cross-plant improvement teams. Develops strong partnership with plant manufacturing, continuous improvement, corporate engineering and union workforce. Supports root cause analysis on process and utilities issues.

For this role, we anticipate paying $165,000 - $185,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

Job Description
DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking to add a Director of Project Delivery to the team. This role can be based remotely within the U.S. with travel to project sites and the DEPCOM office as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience leading EPC Project teams with a balanced focus on development and execution.
Due to project demand in the region, it is preferred to have someone that lives on the east coast or is willing to relocate to the east coast.

DEPCOM Power's Project Delivery team ensures that the Project Operations team has the tools they need to be successful.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and direct Project personnel on utility scale solar photovoltaic and BESS projects
- Provide guidance to Project team members on all aspects of project execution including schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, customer and community relations
- Provide input on project documentation related to contract administration, schedules, and budgets
- Drive portfolio level planning, prioritize portfolio opportunities and mitigation efforts, leverage internal and external capabilities to drive advantaged solutions
- Create an environment where knowledge and ideas are shared proactively, challenge is solicited and encouraged while building trusted relationships internally and externally
- Guide the Project team to focus on economic thinking
- Set clear and measurable goals for Project Managers and their direct reports
- Work with our preferred partners to put monthly/quarterly leadership meetings in place
- Perform talent reviews regularly and ensure we have the talent and accompanying strategies that will create a competitive advantage for DEPCOM Power
- Ensure team members understand budget, schedule and contracts
- Focus on mutually beneficial relationships with customers and other preferred partners
- Demonstrate accountability for project executional excellence
