Summary:
The EH&S Manager reports to the Director of EH&S and supports environmental, health, and safety programs for Prime’s portfolio of data center sites. This role assists in the development and implementation of EH&S policies and procedures to assure the protection of employees, contractors, and vendors from industrial accidents, occupational and environmental hazards, and fire.
Location: Hybrid: Dallas, Phoenix, Chicago, or Los Angeles preferred

Reports to: Director of EH&S
Responsibilities:
- Manages a region of data center sites and assists with national and global EH&S support.
- Assists with policy development and documentation.
- Prepares, manages, and conducts EH&S related training material for assigned sites.
- Develops EH&S related dashboards with data collected from site performance and presents data to stakeholders.
- Conducts health and safety inspections of data centers and construction sites for compliance with OSHA standards.
- Attends OFCI, commissioning, construction, and engineering meetings to determine and understand the EH&S requirements of each site.
- Conducts root cause analyses of incidents and implements controls to avoid further cases.
- Proactively identifies areas of risk and implements safety measures to prevent incidents.
- Acts as the subject matter expert of EH&S related requirements for assigned region.
- Maintains OSHA 300 logs for assigned region and completes required reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years’ experience in an environmental, health, and safety role
- 5 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 500 Certified
- Procore experience strongly desired
- Mission critical experience preferred
- CHST/OHST certification preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work with exposure to environmental conditions of cold, heat, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, heights, dust/mist/gas/fumes, extensive walking or climbing, etc.
- Frequent and regular travel to data center site
