As a Distribution & Delivery Courier , you will be responsible for picking up and delivering home décor products to customers, retail partners, or warehouse locations. This position is key to maintaining the high service standards our customers expect from the Midwest Retro brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely pick up, transport, and deliver products to customers and designated locations
- Load and unload merchandise with care to prevent damage
- Review delivery documents and confirm orders before leaving
- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and customers
- Keep accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle (if company-provided)
- Represent the Midwest Retro brand with professionalism and courtesy
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proven experience in delivery, courier, or distribution roles preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage large or delicate packages
