Position Summary

The Maintenance Electrician installs, maintains and repairs electrical equipment and parts such as control panels. Serves also as Maintenance Technician completing work orders for the Maintenance Department to ensure the plant meets department and overall plant goals of safety and quality. Essential Job Functions

  • Evaluates and troubleshoots equipment with and without electrical schematics (American & European) as well as mechanical drawings.

  • Records and reports settings, parameters, and wiring connections both before and after any changes.

  • Investigates, repairs, and/or replaces control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc. as needed
  • Troubleshoots repairs and/or replaces oven components such as burners, valves, bearings, scrapers, plant machinery and equipment such as mixers, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and, plant boiler and hot water systems.
  • Preforms work order repairs, inspections and adjustments as well as preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.
  • Sets up and operates metal working equipment such as hand tools, welders, drill press, or grinders.
  • Monitors and assists outside contractors on/outside the premises.
  • Works closely with production, refrigeration and warehouse personnel to effectively resolve and eliminate plant and process problems.
  • Communicates daily all pertinent information to department management.
  • Works in conjunction with maintenance and refrigeration technicians to cross train on system maintenance to obtain adequate coverage across all shifts.
  • Assists management in developing standard operating procedures, and duty cycles for all repairs and maintenance, relating to process and packaging equipment.
  • Interprets and understands plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals for applicable system.
  • Participates in plant safety, SQF, health and environmental programs.
  • Perform all other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned
Education/Training:

Required:
  • High School diploma
Preferred:
  • Technical degree in Industrial Electricity or equivalent training
Experience/Knowledge/Abilities

Required:
  • Capability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems with industrial machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electricity and control systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance or related field.
  • Ability to stand on feet in a plant environment for up to 12 hours.
  • Awareness of national, state and local electrical codes and regulations.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints and other technical documents.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and occasionally more pounds inside and outside of the facility.
  • Ability to utilize resources to locate information required for diagnosing unfamiliar and/or difficult failures.

Minimum Qualifications

Position Description - Regional Development Director - Environmental Services

Purpose of the Position

This position is a technically grounded, seller-doer role that combines geologic expertise with strategic business development to drive growth across environmental service lines. This position requires a seasoned and credentialed project manager to lead petroleum storage tank removal and installation projects throughout EIS's Central Region, with a primary focus on Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. The role encompasses full lifecycle oversight of underground and aboveground storage tank (UST/AST) projects-including permitting, removal, installation, remediation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in geoscience, environmental remediation, and construction management, along with a proven ability to deliver complex field projects safely, on time, and within budget. Additionally, they will bring credibility in site characterization and regulatory compliance, while guiding teams through the full pursuit lifecycle and contributing to both proposal strategy and project execution.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including tank removal, installation, and site remediation.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations. Prepare and review project documentation including work plans, cost estimates, SH&E plans, sampling and analysis plans, and closure reports.
  • Oversee field activities including drilling, well installation, soil and groundwater sampling, and excavation.
  • Supervise and mentor field staff and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Conduct Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments and support property transactions and due diligence efforts.

The Food Services Director organizes, plans, directs, controls, and supervises functions and personnel within the dietary department which provides food and nutrition services to residents in a long-term care facility. Responsibilities
  • Interviews, hires and orients dietary staff
  • Trains workers in procedures and proper operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises functions and activities of the departments
  • Supervises and evaluates the quality of work completed by department employees
  • Forecasts and plans the purchase of supplies, and equipment
  • Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered. Maintains proper staffing levels
  • Maintains required records including but not limited to; inventory, compliance, income/expense, and personnel records
  • Conducts regular management staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate dietary activities
  • Manages a cost-effective program to budget
  • Maintains the department to be survey-ready at all times, assuring the department operates within federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintains excellent relations with residents, visitors, and all community departments
  • Actively participates in facility meetings and committees
  • Follows all Company policies and procedures
  • Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire departmental team
  • Conducts quality assurance rounds and inspections to ensure current quality controls and methodologies are suitable and sustainable
  • Reports monthly initiatives, goals, and accomplishments
  • Promotes and monitors resident satisfaction
  • Ensures that the food service operation is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
Requirements
  • Associate's or higher degree in food service management or in hospitality, including a course of study in food service or restaurant management from an accredited institution of higher learning
  • Food service supervisory experience required; at least two years experience in long term care preferred
  • ServSafe Certification for Managers, National Restaurant Association
  • Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP), per the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers, the credentialing agency of the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP)
  • Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and quality attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
  • Public speaking skills
  • Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through (with associates and clients) skills required
  • Ability to work all shifts as needed
  • Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

What You Will Do
  • In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
  • You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
  • This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
  • As a Tax Expert, you have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
  • You possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
  • You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and you’re committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills, and you are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
