The role focuses on driving enrollment growth, expanding access to exceptional services, and building relationships with families, school leaders, and community partners. Starting salary listed: $50,000-$58,000/year plus enrollment incentive bonus plan.
Responsibilities- Represent Atlantis Academy within the community and with prospective families by communicating the mission, vision, and core values.
- Engage prospective students and families by highlighting the benefits and opportunities offered by Atlantis Academy.
- Coordinate admissions events (campus tours, open houses, shadow experiences, information sessions, parent-to-parent connections, and personalized family meetings) to attract and enroll new students.

- Educate and motivate faculty and staff to participate in admissions and enrollment processes.
- Work with leadership to implement a welcoming assimilation process for new students and families.
- Develop and execute annual marketing and enrollment strategies to attract, enroll, and retain students and meet campus goals.
- Maintain ongoing outreach with current and former students and families to sustain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with leadership and ChanceLight Marketing to oversee website content, digital outreach, and social media campaigns.
- Participate in annual budgeting to plan resources for marketing and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with Regional VP of Operations and site leaders to support campus, regional, and organizational goals, including strategic planning.
- Review financial reports related to marketing, recruitment, and retention to identify variances and address them proactively.
- Attend and participate in school-based and regional leadership meetings as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in education, special education, school administration, marketing, or related field.
- Master’s degree in related field preferred.
- Florida special education instruction credential required or in process of obtaining preferred.
- Valid Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in school administration, staff supervision, and budget management preferred.
- Experience/knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with autism and challenging behaviors.
- Experience with students on IEPs and knowledge of education admissions and enrollment procedures, state funding, grants, and scholarships.
- Advanced knowledge of Florida School Choice options and funding preferred.
- Proven ability to develop marketing, public relations, and community engagement campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building skills with students, parents, teachers, and community partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, present to diverse groups, and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent oral/written communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology; database experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Performs and oversees civil engineering work, focused on site design components including site layout, yard piping, roadways, paving and grading, and stormwater infrastructure
- Performs and oversees conceptual and preliminary design activities including site visits, fieldwork, alternatives analysis, and report preparation
- Completes and oversees detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications for site civil aspects of treatment facility and infrastructure projects
- Conducts and reviews stormwater hydraulic calculations and/or modeling and incorporates into the site civil design
- Develops, reviews, and coordinates permitting associated with site development for treatment facility and infrastructure projects
- Assists with coordinating and performs quality reviews of subconsultant work
- Prepares and reviews technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables
- Reviews contractor submittals for conformance with contract drawings and specifications
- Provides, coordinates, and oversees engineering services during construction
- Serves as the lead civil engineer for large multi-discipline projects and project manager on site/civil engineering projects
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related engineering field
- Minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience in civil/site development, stormwater, and permitting
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Florida
- Ability to apply critical thinking to develop options and recommendations to solve technical problems
- Ability to develop and oversee working drawings for civil plans (site layout, piping, grading, drainage, and paving) from sketches (determines scales, layout, and need for specific detail)
- Experience with the planning and design of facility layout and site design projects
- Experience with site development requirements and permitting; experience with environmental resource permits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team
- Ability to manage, oversee, and train junior civil engineering staff
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Master’s degree in civil engineering or related engineering field
- Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop engineering drawings
- Experience with GIS and/or stormwater hydrologic modeling software

- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems and software including professional tax software, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel), Slack, Timekeeping solutions, etc.
- A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer for administrative responsibilities. (No Satellite or Wi-Fi providers.)
- Seasonal/flexible morning through evening hours. We staff Mornings, Midday, and Evenings, 7 days per week, from the comfort of your home office.
- W2 position starting at 38 per hour, 401k with match, benefits, perks, and other incentives.

A Typical Day.
As a Multi-Unit Team Leader at a Block Advisors office, you will serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving all office related growth objectives (i.e., clients, revenue and earnings) for three offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season. From January to April, you will transition to full-time, including evening and weekend hours as needed. After working a successful tax season, you will work a reduced schedule May through December, and may even apply for advancement opportunities.

- Multi-unit people management experience in the retail, restaurant, banking, or other related industry
- Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders
- Partner with the District General Manager (DGM) to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, which includes developing local partnerships and managing office community involvement
- Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions
- Conduct timely performance reviews and partner with Associate Relations Center to resolve associate issues and address performance concerns
- Build an engaging team environment, across all offices, by training and coaching associates recognizing outstanding associate contributions
- Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates
- Create associate work schedules across all offices and ensure accurate timekeeping, as well as labor management for associates in all offices
- Travel between offices as required
- Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment*
- People management experience, with the demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates
- Demonstrated aptitude for growth plan execution and ability to lead towards growth culture
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills and the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset that seeks to understand and exceed client needs
- Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with the equivalent combination of experience
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns)*

Job Title: Enterprise Architect
Job Location: Wilmington, DE, Omaha, NE, Coral Springs, FL (100% Onsite - local only, no relocation)

Job Responsibilities:
- Thought leadership in the sales and hand-off to delivery of complex solutions encompassing multiple products and services, involving a clear strategy for product integration
- Influence product development senior management on enterprise-level innovation roadmap strategy
- Assist Product Leaders with business guidance, consultative direction, and knowledge development
- Solution leadership on complex, supporting RFPs requiring collaboration and input from multiple Client divisions
- Develop design specifications, infrastructure diagrams and other system-related information.
- Maintain and/or obtain a detailed level of knowledge on company solutions, products and services.
- Engage extensively with development teams, related enterprise/software architects, business analysts, etc.
- Apply extensive analytical skills to address the needs of corporate strategy, understand technology specifics, understand how different parts of the business operation are connected.
- Good documentation skills and able to document detailed solutions for the overall domain area with current, interim, and target state detailed out.
- Present architecture solutions for architecture board to review and track down any open items.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT system development, design and implementation, involving demonstrated project management, resource management, business analysis and leadership skills. Familiar with the functions of hardware, software, and network systems
- 3+ years of experience in Front end/ UI architecture and product development with strong consultative and strategic sales support skill sets.
- 3+ years of architecting solutions on modern tech stack leveraging microservices, cloud and data using domain driven design techniques.
- Must have modern technology stack experience in Java based microservices preferred with Kafka for event streaming.
- Experience with both Relational and non-Relational databases
- Financial industry experience.
- Experience with architecting a unified digital platform across web/ mobile spanning card-based payments, digital banking platforms, core banking and merchant solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, emotional intelligence, with the ability to listen, advise, empathize, and explain to varied audiences, at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations
