Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting design projects from concept through construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that each project meets our high standards of design, functionality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, plans, and presentations from concept through construction documents.

Lead design charrettes, space planning, and client presentations.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design documents.

Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and documentation.

Participate in construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field reports.

Support sustainable and energy-efficient design practices in all phases of the project.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Licensed Architect or on path to licensure (preferred but not required).

3+ years of experience in architectural design and documentation.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
