- Provide first and second line support to the teams across our organisation using ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) incident management methodologies in FreshService ITSM (IT Service Management) tool.
- Be the first point of contact for support tickets, triaging as appropriate, coordinating 3rd line problems with Developers, Business Analysts, and third parties to ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely fashion.

- Administer systems including Azure, Microsoft 365, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CloudFlare and others ensuring appropriate backup and security is in place.
- Keep up to date on existing and emerging technologies.
- Act as Change Manager alongside the IT operations manager, ensuring the process is fit for purpose and adhered to by the IT team and wider organisation using digital services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability strategy tailored to business needs, including the identification and management of critical spare parts and enhancement of preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate plant modifications to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), improve yields, and enhance equipment reliability and process quality.
- Analyze maintenance costs and repair frequencies alongside OEE loss data to pinpoint problem areas and devise improvement or replacement strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams involving Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and equipment improvements.

Essential Duties- Oversee segment strategy for this customer channel, ensuring the implementation of programs to maximize revenue and margin goals
- Collaborate with Functional Departments (Engineering, Operations, Program Management) and Product Line Managers to finalize pricing and product strategy
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop campaigns and materials that drive profitability and build the HDT brand
