**Customer Experience**

+ Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions as directed.
+ Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, assists in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
+ Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
+ Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
+ Assumes web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders in Picture Care Plus, fills orders (pick items), delivers orders to customers as they arrive at store).
+ Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.

Forward Air is hiring a Vice President of Account Management to build and lead our Account Management team. This executive will be accountable for customer retention, revenue realization, and strategic expansion within the existing base. This is a critical leadership role designed to stop churn, drive post-sale value, and enable Sales to focus fully on new business.
Youll lead a cross-functional team spanning onboarding, contract realization, customer health, and retention strategyensuring every dollar sold is earned, retained, and grown. - Report and work with VP Sales on net revenue retention, retention trends, lane health, and customer feedback metrics.
- Create customer Scorecards for hunters to showcase what we win, lose, realize with them, as well as Key Lanes, decliners, increasers, and service metrics.
- Manages High Value Clients to create environment of investment and high sentiment
6. Market Intelligence
- Provide market intelligence to Sales based on Territory and value-differentiators.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain, with leadership experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- Proven ability to manage large revenue portfolios and complex customer relationships
- Track record of building teams that reduce churn, grow share-of-wallet, and protect profitability
