Job Overview
As a Cosmetic Sales colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, your focus is to support the Beauty needs of our customers to drive sales. Both a product educator and beauty enthusiast, you specialize in making our customers feel beautiful and confident. What You Will Do
- Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Use product knowledge to give expert guidance to each customer based on their wants, features, and choices
- Build a relationship with customers by introducing them to beauty products and finding out their hidden needs
- Show and teach the use of all beauty products by applying them on the customer
- Keep proper display, organization, storage and restocking of inventory
- Use our clientele program to connect with customers, achieve sales goals, inform about promotions and product launches, and enroll customers in our rewards program
- Join in pre-selling and sales-boosting events to increase sales and reach personal sales targets
- Stay current with all training through Macy's educational resources, including attending Vendor trainings and virtual trainings as requested
- Merchandise new arrivals, process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendors
- Use point of sale technology and applications to help in selling and fulfilling of customer orders

Responsible for preparing the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis processors.
You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.
**The Role**
+ Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
+ Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process.
+ Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
+ Maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff.
+ Use Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events.
+ Use PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor.
+ Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
+ Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Understand the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.
+ Maintain clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions.
+ Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
+ May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.

We are seeking to add a Client Service Specialist to provide excellent support and account management to our merchants/partners with daily transactions; client inquiries via phone and email; and problem-solving per company policies.
This position will be located at our home office in Bethesda, Maryland for in-office training five (5) days a week and then move to hybrid mode (minimum three days). A day in the life of our Client Service Team may include:
- Providing quality client service to merchants and partners via phone and email by processing transactions accurately and resolving issues to streamline our internal funding process.
- Maintain and update client information, fax or email account statements, review account activity, and interact with banks and merchant credit card processors.
- Field inbound calls from the main phone line and handle requests or re-routes calls as required; check voice mails and return calls in a timely fashion.
- Work closely with the Sales, Processing, Underwriting, and other teams internally to ensure transparency of advances, and work together with partners to find the best solution for our clients.
- Accurately educate clients about the service provided as well as additional Rapid Finance products.
- Maintain open lines of communication with management on problem areas or escalated issues.
- Work closely with our third-party bank on account management for our clients.
- Ensure a 'best in class' service every time.
- Advanced degree beyond high school diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years as a Client Service Representative with a stable work history in a high call volume environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is desired but not required
- Financial services industry experience desired but not required
- Excellent client service and relationship skills
- Proficient computer operating skills and proven experience with MS Excel and Outlook; the ability to multitask and navigate through multiple screens
- Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred but not required
