- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and report on KPIs

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

- Forecast sales projections and manage sales budgets

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role

- Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performing sales teams

- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
