Education:

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper operation of injection molding machinery and secondary processing equipment by completing repairs and preventive maintenance on items such as electrical and hydraulic motors, pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, and material handling systems, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with production staff and maintenance technicians to troubleshoot issues.
- Understand, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems.
- Work safely and effectively with electrical panels and control systems, including high voltage/low voltage systems.

- Preference given to candidate who have education and strong practical experience in the areas of electrical, mechanical, control systems and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics.
- Must have demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills - both Mechanical and Electrical.
- Demonstrated experience with machine repair, experience with CNC machining equipment ideal.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must be motivated to work without constant supervision in a group setting with ability to help peers.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to lift and or move weights up to 35 lbs.
- Use of Personal protective equipment on the production floor (PPE)

Job Duties:

The Maintenance Technician is the go-to person regarding daily maintenance issues and upkeep for the location. He/she reports directly to the Front of House Managers and Facility Maintenance Manager. Shifts are scheduled during the week, in order to effectively follow all programs and ensure that the venue is in good running condition for the day.
Requirements
The Maintenance Technician should have the ability to perform the following:
Knowledge
- Exhibit basic knowledge of the following areas:
- Bowling
- Kitchen Maintenance
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Basic use of electrical tools
- Ability to communicate issues, concerns, and progress regarding all aspects of the facility in a clear and timely manner to the correct personnel
- They must be the liaison between departments and inform Exec Chefs, GMs, and Director of Sales on any issue that may affect service or events.
- Enforce that all spec spreadsheets and logs are being used correctly
- Organization
- Ability to complete tasks in an organized and timely manner
- Runs a clean workplace throughout the shift
- Workshop cleanliness and organization and behind bowling

Ensures that the Pinchaser is trained and performing the correct steps for any bowling issues
Building Maintenance

- In the case of a Kitchen Maintenance issue, the Maintenance Mechanic is to call the Facility Manager to inform them of the issue, and to ensure that all proper steps are being taken.
- HVAC or Electrical Issues
- In the case of an HVAC or Electrical issue, absolutely no steps are to be taken until given consent by the Facility Manager, to ensure that all proper steps are being taken.
- Performs monthly inventory for lightbulbs and bowling parts
- Communicates any needed parts to the General Manager and Facility Manager in a timely manner
