As a sales associate in Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods -- or any one of our dozens of departments -- you have the opportunity to make someone's day better.
You'll find that being a sales associate will keep you moving. It's up to you to keep your aisles neat and clean, work with multiple supervisors and fellow associates, stock shelves, and answer tricky questions -- you may even have to pitch in to help check out customers. The more you know about the store, the more successful you'll be.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from 0.35 per hour to 3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders
- Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor
- Ensure customer orders are filled accurately
- Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
- Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions

Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments. Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental. The Customer Service/Sales position types may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.

JOB SUMMARY
The Information Systems Department is dedicated to making information quickly and easily available to facilitate health care providers in giving the highest quality care. As a part of the Information Services team, the Help Desk Assistant is responsible for solving routine computer, printer, phone, fax, copier, problems. Receives information concerning user problems and provides solutions. Effectively documents and triages help requests. Participates in department's continuous improvement (Lean) activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Highly visible member of the Information Systems team.
- Leads with humility while putting customer service first.
- Utilize the helpdesk tracking software to monitor and log all calls. Respond quickly and effectively to ensure issues are resolved correctly to end users satisfaction
- Document internal procedures
- Investigates and resolves minor hardware and software problems.
- Assist with onboarding of new users - Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
- Under general supervision, performs a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communication devices for the entire organization.
- Involves user in the diagnostic process; talks to user to find out procedure followed and source of error by user.
- Triages complex problems to appropriate personnel.
- Communicates with fellow staff members, programmers, and analysts to discover solutions to software problems.
- Escalates unresolved problems to the manager.
- Keeps in communication with users to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicates verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
- Generates computer reports, letters, labels, lists, etc.
- Able to make changes or corrections to data after verifying accuracy of information.
Education / Experience / License and Certifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED), required.
- Associate's Degree in Information technology, Business, Communications or related field, preferred.
- 2 years of experience supporting Windows 10, Office, desktop/laptop PCs.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs.
- Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, Servers.
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems.
- Ability to communicate in English; both verbally and in writing
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access expected
- Efficient use of MHSC help desk application is required

The Overnight Member Service Representative will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
- Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
- Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.
- Follow "Lost and Found Policy" and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.
- Custodial experience is preferred.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Ability to work third shift is a must.
- Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
