Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex solutions, including Product, Development, and Infrastructure Engineering. Price and present, with the sales team, those solutions. Provide feedback and solutions for internal processes to align with performance, efficiency, and strategy. Collaborate with internal customer support teams to address and resolve escalated issues. Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest advancements in media technology, IP video transmission, and related fields. Contribute insights to guide the continuous improvement of our products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience designing and implementing IP video transmission projects. Experience with communicating directly with customers. Familiarity with sports event productions and SaaS-based managed software solutions.
