About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Health Economics and Market Access Strategy to spearhead our initiatives in securing coding, coverage, and payment for our innovative products and services. In this critical role, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies that demonstrate the clinical and economic value of our technologies.
- Drive cost-effectiveness analyses to support our market access initiatives.
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, professional societies, and payer organizations.
- Design compelling communication tools that articulate the value proposition of our portfolio.
- Foster partnerships with payers to enhance education and accelerate technology adoption.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in health economics and reimbursement for medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
- A robust network within U.S. private and government payer organizations.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, with at least 7 years in managing market access and payer relations.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
- The foresight to anticipate market trends and proactively shape market access strategies.
You will also serve as a subject matter expert, providing education to cross-functional teams on reimbursement strategies that align with our business objectives. A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in a AEC environment (i.e., engineering and construction), and/or professional services industries is highly desirable

- Experience in the full life-cycle of federal and municipal contracting compliance, including knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and related regulatory frameworks within each entity.
- Current CPA certification.
