Assist Operations leadership in development and execution of Regional Strategic Plan to ensure both an internal and external pipeline of candidates; forecasts staffing needs to fill vacant Operations management positions on a timely basis to support company growth; Participate in Open House events, and career fairs, supported by Recruiters at the Support Center. Advise Operations leadership on conducting effective associate performance evaluations and on assisting associates with career and personal development. Follow up with new hires thru Keep In Touch Program to promote an understanding of Panda’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Culture. Follow up with new hires to ensure adequate and appropriate training opportunities and encourage their participation. **What you have:**

+ 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience required.

+ Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) on Workday Recruiting, Performance, and related modules.
+ Advise COEs on technology capabilities. Understand needs of COEs, prioritize enhancement requests, and uncover opportunities for automation.
+ In-depth understanding of business processes related to Workday Recruiting, including understanding of end-to-end Workday integration points.
+ Understand, define, and communicate prioritization of product requirements with a mind toward business value and tradeoffs.
+ Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Talent Acquisition and Performance projects, including configuration, testing, integrations, and go-live support.
+ Continuously optimize workflows to improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, onboarding, and talent assessments.
+ Enable data-driven hiring and performance decisions by leveraging reporting and analytics within Workday.
+ Offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.

**Required Qualifications:**

As a Senior Consultant, you will work within an engagement team to design, implement, and optimize Sales Performance Management solutions to drive sales effectiveness and maximize revenue.
