- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET and C#.
- Hands-on experience in C#, .Net, ASP.Net, Restful services, Entity Framework, Security, SQL, and Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of complex design patterns and best practices in software architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience

Product Summary
The Senior Director, Product Management at Brookfield Properties Multifamily is a strategic leadership role within the IT function, responsible for driving the vision, development, and performance of critical technology products that support multifamily operations. Leading a technical team, this leader manages the full product lifecycle-from concept and pilot programs to implementation and ongoing support. The role is focused on enhancing digital experiences for residents and onsite teams, streamlining product-related processes, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction across the portfolio.
Job Function
1. Strategy (40%)
- Define, own, and drive the technology product vision, strategy, and roadmap.- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for digital innovation within the organization.- Ensure alignment of technology product strategy and roadmaps with the company's overall strategy and goals.- Responsible for product planning, release management, feature prioritization, and execution for the entire product lifecycle that support both resident and employee digital experiences.- Responsible for effectively communicate organizational change to all stakeholders.- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for enterprise platforms including property management systems (e.g., Yardi), resident portals, digital leasing tools, and integrations with other ancillary systems.
2. Team & Vendor Management (40%)
- Develop, grow, mentor, and direct a team of passionate product owners and product support specialists.- Work closely with vendors, consultant, and suppliers to define product requirements and coordinate resources to appropriately support implementations and ongoing support.- Continuous evaluation of product expenses to ensure we are maximizing the value of the solution and are maintaining their expected ROI.- Develop solid working relationships with key vendors to ensure we are influencing product roadmaps that align to our strategy.- Continuously assess product performance, adoption, and ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.- Ensure we hold vendors and partners accountable to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. Operational Support (20%)
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies, process improvements, and implement automation that reduce the amount of time the team spends on support.- Responsible for defining, implementing, and tracking product KPIs in order to effectively manage product spend and resident/employee satisfaction aligned to value.- Use data-driven decision making to identify opportunities and track product performance.- Lead cross-functional technology initiatives and special projects as needed, ensuring on-time delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Education
Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or Related Field
Work Experience
8-10 Years of Specific Experience Required in:
+ Product Management - Defined and executed product strategy and roadmaps
+ Vendor Management - Led vendor selection and management processes, negotiated contracts

Arhaus, a leader in premium, luxury home furnishings, is seeking a highly strategic, creative, and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is central to ensuring that both our sales teams and clients have the information they need to make informed decisions and to successfully sell and buy Arhaus products. The Product Marketing Manager will drive the communication of Arhaus quality, craftsmanship , and product differentiation , creating clear, compelling, and accessible content that resonates with both our internal teams and clients. This position will also oversee the development and execution of product marketing collateral, partnering closely with Product Merchandising , Marketing , Creative , and Photo Studio teams while ensuring internal teams deliver on time.
Responsibilities- Elevated Product Strategy & Presentation: Lead the creation and implementation of product marketing strategies that emphasize Arhaus luxury craftsmanship and quality, ensuring product messaging is clear, compelling, and resonates with both customers and the sales team.
- E-Commerce Optimization & Customer-Facing Content: Work closely with the E-commerce and creative teams to ensure that products are launched on Arhaus.com on-time and that product content is optimized for conversion.
- Customer Communication & Support: Develop clear, easy-to-understand product information and materials for customers, both in-store and online.
- Sales Enablement & Training Materials: Create and support comprehensive product materials for the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact for all product presentation and marketing initiatives.
- Process Development & Optimization: Establish and refine internal processes and communication tools for managing product marketing initiatives.
- Partnership with Product Merchandising Team: Collaborate closely to establish seasonal product priorities.
- Collaboration with Creative & Photo Studio Teams: Communicate product priorities clearly to the creative and photo studio teams.
- Alignment and Support of Selling & Service Team: Evaluate and identify opportunities in how marketing can better support our selling & service teams.
- Team Leadership & Accountability: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product marketing or product merchandising experience, ideally within the luxury retail or home furnishings industry.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to create compelling product messaging.
- Strong experience in creating and managing sales enablement tools.

**How will you make an impact?**
The Sr. Program Manager is a self-motivated leader that will drive programs to develop and commercialize solutions and products related to Radiation Detection products. This leader will lead sophisticated programs within the Measurement, Control, and Sample Identification (MCS) Business unit. **What will you do?**

**Education/ Experience:**
+ BS in Physics, Engineering, Project Management or related field is required
+ 3-5 years of experience in leading product development programs in different stages of development from concept through commercialization
+ Expertise in Project management, including team building, organizing, planning, time management and risk mitigation.
+ Proven communications skills including verbal, written and presentation.
+ Team building skills, ability to listen for understanding; to mediate differences; to facilitate consensus while maintaining strong focus on project objectives.
+ Demonstrated ability to build consensus among key collaborators, proactively identify and resolve conflicting requirements in both technical and resource domains.
+ Experience working with and communicating optimally (listen, speak, present and write) to management and building collaborations outside of the project team.
