Our goal here is to bring someone on-board and allow them to work on a handful of properties to help improve the performance. As this person proves themselves they will be tasked with more and more properties to replicate their success.

Reporting directly to the owner, you will be a key member of the senior management team. The ideal candidate is an adept leader with outstanding people skills, strong business acumen, and an impeccable work ethic. Your main goal will be to guarantee the smooth operation of our multi-family-owned business, driving substantial and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership : Hire, develop, and manage a team of highly effective and competent staff.
  • Strategic Planning : Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures in collaboration with the Owner.
  • Performance Management : Set and achieve comprehensive performance and growth goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Operational Oversight : Oversee daily operations and manage the work of executives.
  • Leadership Communication : Lead and communicate with the entire leadership team, including Regional Managers, General Counsel, CFO, and others.
  • Performance Evaluation : Evaluate business performance through data and metrics analysis.
  • Legal and Financial Management : Ensure legal compliance and manage financial activities in collaboration with General Counsel and CFO.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports to the Owner on all significant matters.
  • Operations Guidance : Guide the operations team to meet business goals.
  • Relationship Management : Foster and manage relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Policy Development : Develop and oversee the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Marketing and Sales : Oversee the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the company's operational activities remain compliant with internal policies and legal regulations.

Oversees the Corporate Finance team's preparation of current and two year financial forecasts and reporting in support of senior leadership's decision making.     • Responsible for Operations Finance, working with Operations leadership to provide financial analysis that drives operating efficiencies and sales growth. Oversees the Operations Finance team's preparation of financial reports on Operations results on a periodic basis. Works with Operations Finance to communicate business results on a Zone, Region, and Area basis and provide recommendations for operational efficiencies and business enhancement.     At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $164,400 and $247,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    **Responsibilities**
    + Supports the company's electrical Transmission, Sub Transmission, and Distribution system by developing and designing plans, identifying necessary resources and providing cost estimates and options for the construction of said facilities
    + Coordinates tasks with other internal staff to ensure projects were completed correctly and on time, while meeting industry design standards and safety regulations
    + Oversees the environmental permitting and planning efforts of government, internal, and privately owned infrastructure projects
    + Provides direction and support, assessing and managing the workload and performance of the team, providing training when necessary. Reviews design contractor job packets and also checks peer designs
    + Identifies system and field risks and evaluates risk reduction benefit of proposed mitigation projects
    + Provides design engineering, cost estimates, and project management activities for overhead and underground, transmission, sub- transmission, and distribution systems. Will manage these elements from project inception to project closing. Ensures project operating dates and or compliance due dates are actively monitored and met. Monitors, forecasts, schedules and stays within allocated division budget
    + Leads the review of planning and system performance studies for compliance with prevailing standards and criteria
    + Leads environmental planning and permitting work with a multi-disciplinary team throughout the life cycle of a project. Serve as the single point of contact for Operations through the Construction phase of your projects. Provide support to Operations for maintenance related projects.
    + Creates and maintains integral system circuit mapping for both overhead and underground facilities
    + Performs field inspections to gather data relevant to the planning and development review process and to verify that planning development projects comply with approved plans. Manage the digital and geospacial records of our Transmission, Sub Transmission, and Distribution assets to ensure accuracy and timely reporting to other internal groups and outside agencies
    + A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
    **Minimum Qualifications**
    + Five or more years of experience performing electrical utility distribution service planning.
    + Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    + Thorough, in-depth knowledge of electrical service requirements, engineering principles, design and construction standards, and industry practices.

    + Experience using interpersonal skills to handle customer relations issues in an effective manner.
    + Experience managing multiple and/or sensitive projects and functioning effectively under tight time constraints, shifting priorities and making critical decisions with minimal supervision.
    + Accurately analyze information and make sound decisions that have considerable business impact.
    + Taking initiative and accountability for the accuracy and quality of informaiton and for achieving results.
    + Able to drive, traverse on uneven surfaces, occassionally lift up to 40lbs, sit/stand for extended periods of time, work in various weather conditions.

    As a (Contract) GTM, Partnership Marketing & Planning Senior Manager, you will support the execution and daily operations of the GTM & Planning team, including its leadership and its Partnership Marketing division. You will be an individual contributor working with the global team to build and achieve important programs, manage operational complexity, and lead planning excellence. This is a 6-month contract.

    Be an operational and strategic backbone of the GTM & Planning team, ensuring projects and workflows move forward with consistency and excellence to guide Crunchyroll's global growth through its direct-to-consumer footprint presence and high-profile third-party partners such as Amazon, Apple, Roku, Comcast, Google and YouTube, PlayStation, Samsung, and many others.

    Identify gaps, improve workflows, and suggest improvements without waiting for direction.

    Oversee the development of executive-ready deliverables (dashboards, trackers, presentations, project plans), ensuring clarity, structure, and visual polish in every output.

    Be the bridge between global HQ and international teams, ensuring on time information sharing, meeting facilitation, and on actions.

    Summarize complex updates into clear insights and next steps, presenting leadership or regional leads with resulting questions or action items so that both teams can accelerate their path forward.

    In partnership with team leadership, introduce global workflows in regions to integrate regional teams into the global organization further, facilitating process implementation and roadshows to present them.
