Shift: Non-Exempt / Days / 7a-3p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- NY License
- 2 Years Experience
- Covering critical care units
- MSN Required
- Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing required
- Must have relevant clinical competence in area of nursing practice assigned
- Masters in nursing or health related field preferred
- 3-5 years nursing clinical care with Charge Nurse/Supervisory experience preferred
- BLS

The Pay Range for this position is $1,800 - $,200. Please note that all pay rates are gross weekly pay estimates. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, shift, skill set, location and stipends, etc.

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities Customer Service Responsibilities list:- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
