Job Description
Schedule: Monday - Friday: First Shift 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Average Pay Range: $28 - $2 / hr - pay based on experience and certifications
Sign-On Bonus: 2,000

Your Role as a Diesel Technician / Mechanic: As part of our fleet, you'll be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical and mechanical issues with tractors and trailers using standard testing procedures and computerized diagnostic equipment.
- Performing preventive maintenance on our fleet of tractors and trailers.
- Conducting DOT inspections per FMSCA guidelines.
- Physically capable of performing all job duties, including lifting or pulling 75 lbs or more as needed.
Requirements to Join Our Team:
- Valid driver's license required.
- Preferred ability to obtain a Class B license.
- Technical or advanced degree, or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment repairs.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and customer service skills, along with effective communication abilities.
- Complete an on-site evaluation with recommended training.
