Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support for ongoing safety and housekeeping processes
• Accurately record weigh receipts for all truck receipts and shipments
• Manage the onsite shuttle drivers to keep warehouse levels at or under capacity
• Onsite Driver and Trailer management through our Guard Gate system
• Work with GP Recycling on Recovered Fiber weight and quality issues
• Receive inbound and outbound trucks utilizing the WinScale computerized truck system
• Maintain Woodyard and Recovered Fiber inventory level information

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer skills (inventory management software, MS Office products, etc.)
• Willingness to work overtime beyond standard shift and variable starting times
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays
• Willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
• Willingness to wear safety equipment, which may include; hard hat, steel toe shoes, safety vest, eye and ear protection, etc.
• Willingness to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely (standing for long periods and working around heavy equipment)
• Willingness to work in a tobacco free environment

Job Description
Overview:As Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a personalized, high-touch homebuying experience while supporting the Sales team in meeting sales and customer experiencee goals. Based out of our Snowden Bridge community in Virginia, this position puts you at the heart of a vibrant, amenity-rich neighborhood-allowing you to connect with buyers in a setting that reflects the quality and lifestyle Brookfield Residential is known for.

Key Deliverables:
+ Achieve sales and settlement goals as defined by the Director of Sales
+ Guide purchasers through the full homebuying journey-from initial sale through settlement and beyond
+ Provide weekly updates to buyers on the status of their home throughout the process
+ Implement and execute a sales plan for the assigned community
+ Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Newstar Sales systems
+ Follow up with prospective buyers daily, weekly, and monthly through phone, email, and other communication channels
+ Build relationships with relocation companies, real estate professionals, and local businesses through outreach, presentations, and referrals
+ Ensure the professional appearance of the sales office, model homes, and community spaces by working with cleaners, landscapers, and service vendors
+ Attend bi-weekly sales meetings at the corporate office, as well as other required work-related meetings
+ Submit weekly reports, including sales tracking via Tally, community logs, sales-construction meeting notes, and additional documentation as requested
+ Maintain general knowledge of the homebuilding market and competitor activity within the assigned community
+ Foster a professional and inclusive environment by treating all individuals with fairness and respect
+ Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and the guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including the Americans with Disabilities Act
