Online studies typically take 15 minutes, while telephone interviews may take 30-60 minutes each session. Compensation varies per study. - Each product test is conducted by a third party, independent company.



- There is no cost to use our service. Any costs are incurred by the independent market research companies looking to partner with our applicants.



- You are required to complete your profile to be considered for participation. Once complete, invitations will reach you via on-site or via email.



- Compensation various per difficulty and length of study. Some studies such as clinical trial in-person focus groups pay as high as $500 per study. Product tests and online studies are typically lower.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Support Specialist provides assistance and support to customers, Sales, Facility Operations, Customer Service Manager and management by coordinating office services, such as data entry, clerical work, records control, creating forms, and preparing reports, etc. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Expedites the steady and courteous flow of internal and external communications, such as incoming/outgoing telephone and email messages.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates with customers by phone, email or in person attain information to ensure accurate and timely waste profile approval.

• Assists and provides support to internal and external customers.

• Assists customers with waste characterization and related documentation in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations.

• Maintains customer profiles and contract filing system.

• Coordinates completion of profile forms, contract forms, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders.

• Research operational concerns, questions and discrepancies.

• Prepares and transmits reports and waste shipment summaries.

• Prepares manifests for mailing, scanning, or emailing.

• Processes memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.

• Reviews billing adjustments.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• To perform the duties of this job, associate must be customer service oriented; possess ability to actively listen to customers to understand requests; have good communication skills; be detail oriented; must be able to operate a variety of office equipment such as scanner, calculator, copier, computer, facsimile.

• Other CS skills include high level of professionalism and problem-solving ability.

This is an onsite position Monday through Friday.

Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm

Pay Range:

$18.92 - $8.38

We also formed Blue Polymers, a joint venture with Ravago, to develop facilities that will further process plastic material from our Polymer Centers to help meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging. **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Processing Technician ensures safe, effective treatment and handling of containerized wastes by properly receiving, screening, unloading, treating and tracking incoming waste streams and outgoing residuals.
**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Reviews, signs, and processes incoming manifests, noting any discrepancies.
+ Directs off-loading operations for receipt of primarily non bulk containers into the facility's storage systems for process and handling.
+ Uses handheld bar code scanner as the primary internal recordkeeping system to ensure the safe, effective handling and inventory of containerized wastes.
+ Forklift operations to facilitate the handling of all non-bulk containerized wastes.
+ Collects and analyzes waste samples.
+ Consolidates like-wastes wherever possible in order to improve economic outcomes.
+ Store waste containers properly in all designated plant storage areas.
+ Assists in the generation of internal bar code labels, and accurately places them on all containers as they are received.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Ability to use light equipment, such as forklift and pallet-jack.
+ Basic knowledge of computer operations is needed to properly operate handheld scanners.
+ Skilled using hand and shop tools.
+ Demonstrates, accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
+ Must be able to prioritize, stay focused and handle multiple, diverse responsibilities.
