Seeking HVAC Service Technicians experienced with commercial facilities for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier mechanical construction and service provider, in Buckhead, GA

  • This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k! 
  • Payrate for this role is between $30-$45+ per hour (based on experience)
  • On call Rotation one week for every two months.
  • Overtime!
  • Weekly bonus when on call

Responsibilities for Commercial HVAC Technician:

  1. Provide service and maintenance to customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base, such as schools, hospitals and manufacturing plants
  2. Troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems from 20 to 100 tons units for Trane and other brands
  3. Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by customers.
  4. Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units, as well as proposed retrofits, upgrades and or enhancements to existing systems.

Qualifications for HVAC Technician:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC service; or equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment up to 100 tons.
  • Must have proficiency with operating and working handheld computers (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
  • EPA Certification Preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling.
  • It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move more than 50 pounds.
  • Employees must be able to climb ladders.
  • This position requires working in diverse conditions including, but not limited to, mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage).

Position Details:

Pay & New Hire Training:

We believe in setting up our coaches for success, which is why all new hires begin as Assistant Coaches. During this time, you’ll:

  • Train and learn TGA’s curriculum and coaching methods.
  • Prove your skills, commitment, and ability to work with kids.
  • Serve as an Assistant Coach for one full session (unless otherwise stated in special circumstances).

Compensation Details:

  • Starting pay: $18 per hour .
  • You will also be paid for an additional 15 minutes of setup prior to class and 15 minutes of carpool/cleanup after class , ensuring your efforts are fully compensated.

Once you’ve successfully completed your session as an Assistant Coach and demonstrated your commitment and abilities, you may be promoted to Lead Coach with opportunities for increased responsibilities and pay.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Mohs Histotech will provide histotechnical services as needed, ensuring high-quality pathology support in the treatment of skin cancer patients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform Mohs histotechnology procedures as required.
  • Prepare, cut, and stain frozen and paraffin sections using Mohs techniques to assist surgeons in real-time evaluations.
  • Accurately map and label tissue specimens according to established protocols.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper operation in multiple clinical settings.
  • Interact with patients and clinical teams in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Adhere to laboratory safety and compliance standards as mandated by CLIA and OSHA.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of procedures and findings.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to enhance histotechnology skills.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized working environment at all travel locations.
  • Contribute to team efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Histotechnology or equivalent with a focus on high complexity testing.
  • Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Histotechnologist (HTL) preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Mohs histotechnology.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to various clinical environments.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations.
  • Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Whether you have years of dance and/or dance instructor experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us! As a high energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students to reach their personal dance goals through many different ways – from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. You will have a unique honor to enhance people’s lives every day. You will meet and work closely with people from all walks of life which will give you a level of personal enrichment you could never experience in any other environment.

We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week; however, we host many events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends as well which you will need and want to attend with your students.
