Your Role as a Charge Nurse (RN):

Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to oversee and provide exceptional care to our community's residents. This role is crucial in ensuring our residents' needs are met with professionalism, compassion, and compliance with state and federal guidelines. The Charge Nurse will supervise caregiving teams, provide clinical guidance, and maintain high standards of care.

What You'll Do:

* Oversee nursing services, administration, and clinical supervision.
* Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures.
* Supervise and guide nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs.
* Complete and update resident assessments and care plans as needed.
* Communicate changes in residents' conditions with families, physicians, and staff.
* Administer medications and treatments as per physicians' orders.
* Conduct rounds to ensure residents' needs are being met.
* Address and report incidents, accidents, and concerns, including suspected abuse or neglect.
* Ensure appropriate supplies, equipment, and medications are available and communicated.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role:

* Stand, sit, walk, change position, reach, crouch, balance, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs from sit to stand.
* Push, pull, and lower up to 100 lbs and assist in moving residents.
* Follow safety protocols, including two-person lifts and the use of mechanical aids.

Qualifications:

* Current nursing license (RN).
* Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations.

**Position Specific Description**
This position sits within the Power Generation Division which is responsible for all of NextEra Energy's non-nuclear generation operations, exceeding 40,000 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity. This position will be based out of the Ninnescah Flats Solar Site in Cunningham, KS area. The intended employee will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage, AC/DC inverters on multiple solar power plants to achieve safe, efficient, and environmentally sound plant operations.
In this role, an employee will maintain all tools, shops, vehicles, and all work locations in a safe and efficient condition, provide inspections of watch, electrical, mechanical, and electronic trouble shooting for a solar arrays and inverters.
Inspection is performed daily for fluid system breaches, mechanical component breakage or misalignment, and electrical component failures preventing inverters from producing grid power.
A candidate would be responsible for supporting teammates in nearby states in the region, and maintainting reliability, operations and maintenance for sites assigned area

+ Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
+ Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
+ Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
+ Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
