This is a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a full time Family Medicine Physician to join the Depoe Bay Clinic in Depoe Bay, OR. Communities Hospital, established in 1952, is home to a recently constructed 25-bed critical access hospital. The hospital located in the coastal community of Newport, Oregon, servespatients of the Depoe Bay clinic. Our award-winning health system provides exceptional primary care and a range of specialty services throughout the mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon coast. The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Job Specifics Minimal call scheduled and shared with a larger group of physicians 16-18 patients per day FM or IM physicians considered. 34 patient contact hours Will work with residents during clinic rotations Work with a group of three well-established advanced practitioners who carry their own patient panel Supervise Physician Assistants and conduct chart reviews for advanced practitioners at the clinic Job Requirements Ability to diagnose and treat immediate care needs and chronic conditions. Preferred procedures include skin biopsy, derm treatments, joint injections and aspirations. Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented. Salary - and Duty Location Recruitment Incentives - and Benefits Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows: GS-9: $61,111 - $24,443 per year Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to 45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary. Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan. LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Some locations may offer 25% for four (4) years. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes: * Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods. * Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping. * Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats. * Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity. Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education. Other Requirements: * Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. * Residency: Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years. * Age Restriction: Must be referred before your 40th birthday (some exceptions apply). * Veterans' Preference: Eligible veterans may qualify for excepted service appointment. Essential Job Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts. Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Effectively present and deliver Tour Guide presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance.

• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on Tour Guide information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.

• Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel and Leisure. Link product benefits to the customer's vacation goals.

• Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-energy environment.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to obtain OR Real Estate License within 75 days of hire

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional

• Active listening skills

• Ability to consistently achieve minimum production standards

• Ability to perform general computer skills, and work with tablets/smart devices

• Ability to communicate in a clearly and concisely (verbal and written)

• Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment within a shared space
