**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:**
+ General Cleaning: Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas. Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles. Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces.
+ Specialized Cleaning: Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances. Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors.
+ Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors). Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
+ Disinfection: Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails). Clean and disinfect common areas.
+ Equipment Care: Inspect equipment for cleanliness. Perform minor repairs and maintenance.
+ Exterior Duties: Remove debris and litter from grounds and walkways.
+ Support Tasks: Report maintenance issues or safety hazards. Assist with setup/cleanup for special events.
+ Compliance: Follow federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations.
+ Reports to Lead Custodian.
+ Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
+ Covers various areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Prefer high school diploma.

**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:**
+ Perform all grounds maintenance as required.
+ Landscaping: Mow and edge lawns; trim hedges, shrubs, and trees. Water and fertilize plants and lawns. Weed, applied pesticides/herbicides (Vendor Assist Integrated Pest Management, rake leaves, disposed of debris, and pruned/shaped trees and bushes(Vendor Assist Arborist).
+ Maintenance: Maintain/repair irrigation systems; lean and maintain garden tools/equipment; remove snow/ice from walkways and driveways; perform regular ground inspections and grounds tours.
+ Administrative: Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO). Close out work orders and maintenance actions. Assist with reporting requirements.
+ Support: Respond to general maintenance tasks. Assist maintenance staff with service requests. Help with special landscaping projects/events; receive, verify, and distribute vendor products.
+ Collaboration: Assist in planning multiple tasks/projects. Review vendor performance, report to CE.
+ Versatility: Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Additional notes: Respond to requests from staff, customers, inspectors, and Government personnel. Assist project management as needed.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 2 years' experience in general groundskeeping.
+ Basic knowledge of each craft trade for building operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance and groundskeeping.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs

+ Minimum Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a facility similar in size/scope:
+ 3+ years of experience working as a licensed mechanic
+ Experience with electronic, electrical, and pneumatic instrumentation controls and testing.
+ Experience in electronic, electrical, and pneumonic instruments and control work associated with industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Construction Manager for the modernization of a Land Port of Entry (LPOE) project in Dunseith, North Dakota.
The Construction Manager will work closely with the GSA team during all phases of the project and must also possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the following functions:
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing. Experience in preparing written reports, correspondence, and in briefing clients and management personnel.
- Successfully understand the fundamentals of current construction contract law and possess the ability to interpret construction contract drawings and Specifications and FAR/GSAR clauses.
- Understanding construction management procedures, including the ability to understand different project scheduling software (e.g. Prolog Manager, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Successfully authoring and creating written reports and other documentation.
- The Construction Manager should have in depth working knowledge of construction project CPM schedules, and the related details of their use in managing and monitoring large building construction projects and possess working knowledge/capabilities of Kahua.
- Experience in conducting inspections to resolve problems on construction projects and briefing Government personnel.
- Knowledge of construction practices and techniques, including experience in proper installation methods of construction materials.
- Ability and experience in the actual inspection of construction materials, workmanship, and installation of systems.
- The knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, materials and methods, and industry design standards.
- In-depth knowledge of LEED and SITES requirements to help assist the Gateway LPOE Project to become LEED Gold and obtain SITES certification.
- The Construction Manager should be responsive to all communication from the GSA project team.

Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred
- Minimum 10-years of construction management experience
- Experience managing Projects consisting of major modernization or new construction of a LPOE, campus or facility area, including but not limited to canopies, administration buildings, holding cells, administration offices, visitor and employee parking areas, major utility relocations, and road and paving site work. Project must be greater than $50 million.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, and team building required
- GSA experience is highly desirable
