**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Cupertino Electric is seeking a seasoned and highly capable IBEW General Foreman to oversee the management and coordination of large-scale electrical construction projects. The General Foreman is responsible for managing multiple foremen, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, driving productivity, and ensuring that all electrical work is completed on time and within budget. This leadership role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams effectively.
+ Supervise and manage multiple foremen and electrical crews on large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
+ Provide leadership and direction to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met.
+ Plan and schedule the overall work of multiple crews, coordinating tasks and resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Cupertino Electric is seeking an experienced IBEW Electrical Foreman to lead electrical teams in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on large commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily operations on job sites, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and effective communication with crew members, management, and other trades.
+ Lead and supervise a team of Journeyman electricians, apprentices, and laborers on-site to ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, codes, and company standards.
+ Plan, organize, and assign work to ensure efficient use of labor and materials on the job site.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to determine job requirements.
+ Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety regulations.
+ Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and specialized equipment.
