You'll be a trusted advisor and hands-on contributor across all facets of HR, from employee relations and talent acquisition to benefits and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and management, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and recommending appropriate actions.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, selection, and comprehensive onboarding.
• Administer and communicate various benefit programs, ensuring employees understand their options and assisting with complex claims or issues.
• Support accurate and compliant payroll processing by partnering with finance and ensuring all HR data inputs are timely and correct.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers on topics such as performance management, policy interpretation, and harassment prevention.
• Participate in HR strategy development and implementation, contributing to initiatives that foster a positive and productive work culture.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with a strong background in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, federal and state employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG/Kronos, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities to build credible relationships.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of independently managing HR functions for a specific department or site.
• Experience in leading or participating in HR project implementations.
