As a member of the Internal Medicine team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering advanced specialty care and supporting diagnostic procedures. In this role, you will:
- Assist with ultrasounds, endoscopies, and other imaging procedures
- Provide technical support for internal medicine diagnostics and treatments
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding their pet’s care
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
- Manage appointment coordination, patient flow, and follow-up communications

What You’ll Do
As an Emergency Veterinary Technician Assistant , you’ll support our veterinarians and licensed technicians with patient care, treatments, and procedures while maintaining a calm and compassionate presence for pets and their families.In this role, you will:
- Safely handle and restrain patients, including those in respiratory distress or trauma
- Assist with radiographs , lab sample collection, and basic lab work (PCV/TP, smears, urinalysis)
- Monitor and record patient vitals , alerting the medical team to any abnormalities
- Support patient monitoring, anesthetic induction and recovery
- Assist with critical emergencies such as GDV, seizures, or hit-by-car patients
- Keep treatment areas, surgical suites, and equipment clean and organized
- Provide excellent communication with clients and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Work with veterinary software including EzyVet and SmartFlow
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in veterinary medicine preferred (Assistant I or II level)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Confidence in patient handling and a calm demeanor under pressure
- Familiarity with medical terminology, diagnostics, and general safety practices
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow within a high-performance team

What You’ll Do
As a Neurology Veterinary Technician, you’ll work closely with our board-certified neurologists to support patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, and advanced procedures. You’ll be a steady, compassionate presence for both patients and their families during every stage of care.In this role, you will:
- Assist with neurological exams and patient restraint
- Support advanced procedures including CSF taps, imaging, and surgical cases
- Safely administer medications (PO, IM, IV, SC) and monitor patients
- Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment (MRI, CT, radiology, ECG, etc.)
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and drug logs
- Provide empathetic client communication and education
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Radiology
- Deliver patient-centered care with compassion and precision
Who We Are Looking For
- Licensed or credentialed veterinary technician, Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS), or experienced veterinary assistant
- Experience in specialty medicine and/or neurology preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with veterinary medical software (e.g., EzyVet, SmartFlow) a plus
- A positive attitude and commitment to compassionate care
