The Administrative Officer in the Command Operations Department oversees managerial and administrative functions to ensure departmental goals and customer requirements are met.   • You will exercise broad managerial and administrative control over all elements of the department and are responsible for assuring FRC East customer requirements are satisfied.
  • You will participate in conferences with the other department heads in studying and developing recommendations concerning changes in Command Operations processes and policy requirements.
  • You will determine manpower needs by general schedule series and grade, including prevailing rate employees and initiates actions to recruit, reassign, or train personnel to meet staffing requirements.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day-to-day, and long range projects, actions, and activities within the Command; 2) Managing staff actions, determining statuses, prioritizing events, and providing comprehensive status briefs to upper management; 3) Planning and coordinating the work of lower level workers, which accomplishes a variety or program planning, development, and execution of operational activities; 4) Serving as the central control point for all correspondence coming into and going out of the office, while ensuring correspondence is accurate; 5) Analyzing and evaluating issues that are typically diverse in nature.

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least to join our team. Whether your background is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role provides an opportunity to practice modern, high-quality medicine without the constraints of a traditional practice setting. While most of our services are fully virtual, in-person hybrid opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment.

Requirements:

  • Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered).
  • Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or emore of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.
  • Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
  • Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance.
