- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations. Foster collaboration and resource sharing to support workforce development initiatives.
- Program Development & Talent Pipeline: Collaborate with universities, colleges, CTE programs, and workforce organizations to design and implement workforce training and development programs. Work with community stakeholders to create and manage programs that promote career pathways and facilitate talent pipelines for high-demand industries.
- Marketing & Community Outreach: Work closely with the Marketing Director to create and maintain the workforce section on the PWCDEDT website. Develop a dynamic marketing plan to publicize the workforce program to the community. Represent PWCDEDT at community events, meetings, and forums to promote workforce development initiatives.
- Employer Engagement & Talent Attraction: Ensure active and growing engagement from partners and employers at job fairs and other workforce events. Support PWC employers in their efforts to attract and retain talent by providing resources, connections, and strategic support.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
- A high school diploma or GED; and
- 5 years of experience in economic development, business administration, human resources, education, public administration, or a related field.
Preferences
Preferred candidates will have:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, education, marketing, public administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement specifically related to workforce development.

Special Requirements
This role requires occasional local travel for trade shows and conferences. A valid driver's license, background check, and credit check are mandatory. Physical demands include standard office duties with occasional lifting of materials for events.
Work Schedule
The Department operates from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though this role may require occasional evening and weekend commitments. Travel will be required on an as-needed basis. Additionally, there is an opportunity for regular telework, subject to mutual agreement and alignment with departmental needs.
Starting Salary Range: 80,000.00 - 110,000.00/yr.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients get their power back . You are the person who can help people communicate, swallow, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. In doing this, you take responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services, you design the plan, and work with patients to execute those plans.

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for the integration of scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information. This responsibility includes completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience. Complete scans effectively and efficiently:
Collect pertinent data about the patient and the procedure
Select the most appropriate, cost-effective action plan after reviewing all pertinent data and assessing the patient’s abilities and condition
Screen the patient for ferrous and RF-sensitive material before the patient enters the magnetic field
Position and prepare patients for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures
Select appropriate immobilization devices
Review the patient’s chart and the physician’s request to determine optimal scanning parameters for the suspected pathology
Prepare and administer contrast agents in accordance with state and federal regulations
Enter necessary patient information to initiate the scan(s)
Assess and monitor the patient’s physical and mental status throughout the procedure
Review images to determine if additional scans will enhance the diagnostic value of the procedure
Document diagnostic, treatment and patient data in the appropriate record. Documentation must be timely, accurate, concise and complete.
Archive images to data storage devices according to established guidelines
Keep workflow in such a manner that it is an effective use of time, equipment and supplies
Maintain the highest standards of patient care possible:
Implement and maintain the MedQuest Best Customer Service Program
Provide accurate explanations and instructions at a level the patient can understand
Maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique
Exhibit a high level of technical competence and clinical judgment
Ensure that the required supplies and equipment are available
Check all equipment routinely and perform preventive maintenance when necessary
Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, peers and all members of the healthcare team
Maintain a safe environment by monitoring cryogens
Ensure the Center’s compliance with MedQuest Policy procedures, OSHA, local, state and Federal regulatory requirements:
Follow radiation protection guidelines
Participate in formal training and service programs
Ensure that deadlines are met with regards to reports
Perform quality assurance activities based on established quality protocols
Document quality assurance activities and results
Maintain strict confidentiality with regard to medical records and other data
Continuing Education:
Cross-train for additional modalities within the center
Complete and retain certification in MRI technology
Build education files on an outstanding or interesting case
