A Brief Overview

Responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions affecting the cardiopulmonary system for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults. The individual must demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care, which may include, but not limited to oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, blood gases, airway management, non-invasive and invasive ventilator setup and monitoring. What you will do

• Evaluates patients in order to receive, review, interpret, and administer the prescribing orders regarding respiratory and cardiopulmonary treatments and tests. Accurately documents patient assessment, interventions, and progress in the electronic medical record, as well as submits charges in an accurate and timely manner.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the plan of care. Initiates and implements respiratory care plans and interventions to meet the needs of the patient in conjunction with the entire healthcare team to ensure full understanding and cooperation to improve patient outcomes.
• Performs administration, set-up, titration, maintenance, evaluations and documentation of supplemental oxygen, aerosol therapy, airway clearance techniques, mechanical invasive or non-invasive ventilator management, and preparation and administration of respiratory medications.
• Ensures airway patency including various means of suctioning. (tracheal, nasal, and oral). Attends and assists to patients in respiratory or cardiac arrest by performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency airway care.
• Performs arterial and capillary punctures, runs venous, arterial and capillary blood gas samples, electrolytes and lactic acid tests and maintains and operates the Blood Gas analyzer.
• May assist in Pulmonary Rehab by providing appropriate exercises and education to participants.
• May assist in outpatient clinic as needed and may schedule sleep studies and obtains prior authorizations for the sleep studies when applicable.
• Performs diagnostic testing through pulmonary function, stress exercise, electrocardiograms, electroencephalograms, oximetry, holter and cardiac event monitoring.
• Instructs clinical staff on the use of respiratory therapy equipment and the use of the EKG equipment.
• Assists with implementing and updating policies and procedures, maintenance of quality assurance reports and records, and maintenance of equipment and ordering of supplies.

The Electro-Mechanical Technician will operate within our customers facilities performing the maintenance function per the Intelligrated contract. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is critical to the smooth operation of our customers distribution centers and will be required to perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of our customers various material handling systems. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will take the initiative to coordinate with other departments the activities required for the safe and satisfactory completion of any job tasks. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will represent Intelligrated on site and will also need to follow our customers guidelines for general work practices outlined on site.

Location : Cedar Crest Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301

Shift: Weekend Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5:30AM to 7:30PM

Responsibilities

  • Assists other Technicians in the repair and maintenance of distribution center material handling equipment
  • Completes work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures
  • Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings (e.g., blueprints, electronic/mechanical schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop)
  • Follow appropriate safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.) and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
  • Operates material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment
  • Utilizes TCPiP as a troubleshooting/setup tool
  • Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.) according to safety and quality procedures
  • Troubleshoots and repairs complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment, networks, PC logic controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/Output (I/O) devices where the repair is not immediately visible or obvious
  • Can assist in the development of specific technical and training documentation
  • Provides resolutions to mechanical, technical/controls issues; documents all information relating to customer support issues in CMMS and Dashboard database; utilizes resources in other departments (when necessary) to expedite the resolution of conveyor related issues
  • Provides information to the Customer Service Department and other members of management to enhance Customer Service success
  • Follows up with customers and other departments to ensure issues have been resolved
  • Participates in cleaning the conveyor systems, maintenance shop area, and part cage as appropriate
  • Maintains inventory of company supplied tools and PPE
  • Completes appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
  • Adheres to all department and company standards, operating procedures and safety requirements while contributing to improvement
  • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
  • Ability to work at heights using fall protection PPE
  • Flexibility in covering multiple shifts and holiday hours as required.
  • Willing to work overtime as required.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and youll work out of our Greer, SC location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our Aerospace business unit by contributing to the production of critical components that support various aerospace applications, ensuring that we meet customer demands and maintain our reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Horizontal Broach machines
  • Follow all safety protocols, including machine-specific hazards and the use of protective devices
  • Perform machine startup and "Home" procedures, including E-Stop checks.
  • Conduct TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks as applicable.
  • Set up parts and enter programs per operational requirements.
  • Load and unload parts from the machine safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain proper coolant flow and monitor cutting tool wear.
  • Replace worn cutting tools or report for replacement as per guidelines.
  • Evaluate and maintain workholding devices and fixtures.
  • Perform scrap part runs and table checks (e.g., wire size, pallet gauge).
  • Validate dimensions using CMM and make machine adjustments if authorized.
  • Clean parts and handle non-conforming parts per documented procedures.
  • Conduct First Piece Verification.
  • Comply with frozen process requirements
  • Perform One-Over-One inspections and document results.
  • Measure parts using gauges as specified in work instructions.
  • Visually inspect parts for surface finish and handling damage.
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and perform 5S audits.
  • Accurately clock conforming and non-conforming parts in SAP per SWI.
  • Complete all required documentation in SAP and maintain records.

Just to let you know, you will need to complete Honeywell NDT Level II Certification in one method (PT/MT/RT/UT) in accordance with NAS-410 and internal Honeywell NDE-001requirements within your first 90 days.
