For over 30 years, Raytheon operates and maintains the Navy's three Relocatable Over The Horizon Radars (ROTHR). Each radar consists of a remote transmit and receive site. All radars are operated from the Consolidated Operations Control Center in Chesapeake, Virginia. Each radar is capable of covering over four million square miles across the Caribbean, Eastern Pacific, Central, and South America with all systems manned and operated 24 hours a day. The ROTHR mission is primarily to track and report the movement of aircraft and ships carrying illicit narcotics from South America toward Central America and the United States.
**This is position is on a service contract with a set (non-negotiable) hourly rate of $20.00/hour. In addition, a Health & Welfare benefit is paid at $6.00/hour.**
**What You Will Do**
+ ·Perform systems level operation and monitoring of ROTHR receiver site equipment. Performs organizational, preventative and intermediate level maintenance on ROTHR receiver site and communications equipment, consisting of Phased Array Antennae, RF Hardware, Digital Hardware, Microprocessors, Minicomputers, PC farms and peripheral equipment.
+ ·Work typically requires comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Work requires familiarity with the interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence and in selecting and using the appropriate resources and test equipment.
+ ·Receives technical guidance and tasking from supervisor or higher-level technician and work is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. Candidate will perform all other related duties as assigned and required.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires Graduate in Electronic or Electrical Engineering Technology from technical institute above high school with a minimum curriculum length of two years or Military Technical School with minimum curriculum length of six months.
+ **Must have five years of related experience** . **Ability to use test equipment and systematic procedures for troubleshooting, overhaul, fault isolation, and repair of major electronic systems comprised of receiver and transmitter functions.**
+ Must have a clean motor vehicle driving record to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles.
+ The selected candidate may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued DoD Secret clearance. **PURPOSE AND SCOPE:**
Works with the Facility Manager, facility staff and physician to coordinate the facility operations and patient procedures to ensure provision of quality patient care on a daily basis in accordance with organization policies, procedures and training. Provides nursing support to patients and staff. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Responsible for supporting and driving Organization quality standards through meeting regulatory requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), including use of Organization CQI tools.
+ Accountable for outstanding quality of patient care, as defined by the organization quality goals, by working with the Vice President of Quality and other organization management to ensure that organization/ASC policies and procedures are followed.

+ Ensures all blood spills are immediately addressed according to the organization Bloodborne Pathogen Control Policies.
+ Participates in cost control initiatives. Responsible for efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies and equipment to achieve supply cost goals following all guidelines established in the organization formularies.
+ Assists in the development and revision of any applicable policies and procedures for the facility as directed to ensure continuous process improvement.
+ Initiates, documents and completes ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities including monthly reports and attend meetings as required.
+ Manages medications, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control and checking for expired medications, including appropriate recording of controlled substances as required by law.
+ Oversees maintenance of usage logs for all medications with appropriate documentation, as well as, records of drug disposal.
+ Communicates with the pharmacist to assure medication accuracy, including appropriate recording of controlled substances as required by law.
+ Ensures medical records are accurate, complete and in compliance with organization policies and procedures prior to discharge of the patient. Performs chart audits on a regular basis.
+ Participates in all facility regulatory and accreditation surveys and action plans to address any deficiencies identified.
+ Verifies records for all implanted devices are completed accurately, timely and maintained according to records management guidelines.
+ Acts as the Facility Manager in the absence of the manager or at the direction of organization management.
+ Appointed Governing Body positions, takes on primary role of certain position or oversees staff delegated to positions.
+ Complies with HIPPA policies and standards regarding patient information and medical records.
+ Maintain CLIA license with Facility Administrator.
+ Other duties as assigned, within the scope of practice and state regulations.

**Detalles del empleo:**
+ **Disponibilidad:** Lunes a sábado, con posibilidad de trabajar domingos y feriados según necesidad operacional.
+ **Horario:** Desde las **6:00** **a.m.**
+ **Salario:** **$14.00 por hora**
**Deberes:**
Preparar las plantas, identificar las líneas o variedades que se van a cruzar, registro y control de datos, seguimiento y cosecha de semillas
**Habilidades:**
Experiencia en polinización de soyas
**Pay Details:** $14.00 per hour
