- Effectively and positively communicate with stakeholders (e.g., peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for personal needs.
- Lift and move with children in a fast paced environment, which includes the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend over to pick items up off the ground, squat, quickly move around on the floor, and run to effectively stay engaged with young children, keep a tidy work environment, and maintain safety.
- Maintain an environment conducive to therapy ensuring the play spaces are tidy, organized, and conducive to a stimulating and enjoyable experience for the children.
- Multitask to balance multiple actions, decisions, or conversations in the moment while assessing prioritization and safety for all parties.

Schedule:
Monday - Saturday (2 days off each week)
Start times range from 10 PM to 6 AM
Expect to work 10-12 hours a day, totaling 50-55 hours a week
Overtime available as required
Our Delivery Drivers start at $35.78 per hour with additional overtime after 40 hours!

Main Responsibilities:
Drive delivery trucks safely to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
Unload products from the truck using equipment such as a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated storage areas.
Verify delivery accuracy with customers and collect required signatures.
Handle customer payments and collections when necessary.
Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the client experience.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Physical Requirements:
Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly throughout each shift.
Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
What You Offer:
Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
At least 21 years of age.
Possess a valid CDL Class A issued by your state with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry OR three months of experience in food/beverage delivery.
Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required at some locations.
Proficient in reading and communicating in English, able to understand traffic signs and respond to inquiries.
