We are looking for an experienced and motivated automotive finance professional to join our growing team! A Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for selling supplemental finance and insurance programs to new and used car buyers, including financing the vehicle purchase. Position Requirements of the Automotive Finance Manager

A Finance and Insurance Manager should possess an impressive background in business and finance. A minimum of two years in automotive finance is preferred and at least one year in a managerial role at a dealership is strongly encouraged. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial, and all F&I personnel must maintain the highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Automotive Finance Manager

• A core responsibility is to offer the customer a competitive financing rate so that the financing is done through the dealership.
• Secure competitive financing and leasing deals for clients while adhering to corporate and governmental regulations.
• Offer exceptional customer service to clients while explaining extended warranty information and aftermarket products that supplement their automotive investment and increase dealership profitability.
• Maintain current knowledge of all finance and lease programs and disseminate information to sales and finance team members promptly, including management of the F&I team.
• Maintain current knowledge of all local, state and federal regulations affecting dealership operations, particularly regarding sales and finance departments.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with insurance vendors and lending institutions.

Educational Requirements of the Automotive Finance Manager

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a college degree or equivalent experience in finance is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

To operate our company vehicles, you must have a minimum of a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements as well as a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate allowing for operation in interstate commerce. Primary Purpose:

Responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of Company’s gas pipelines, appurtenances, compressor stations, process plants and other related facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of pipelines, compressors and auxiliary equipment, engines, turbines, motor cooling equipment, pump stations, pumps, dehydration equipment, process equipment, valves, seals and other related equipment.

• Start, stop and operate engines/pumps within defined operating parameters.

• Ensure the cost effective and efficient performance of all engines, pumps and associated equipment at compressor stations, and pipelines.

• Diagnose and repair engines, turbines, pumps, seals, valves and instruments.

• Install, repair, service and maintain valves, pipe, pipeline appurtenances, corrosion control protection systems, and measurement equipment.

• Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment, including pipeline right-of-way, including but not limited to excavating, repairing, coating and backfilling pipelines, concrete work, painting, building erection, weed control, etc.

• Maintain, adjust, make minor repairs, and operate equipment (e.g., industrial wheeled tractors, water pumps, air compressors, expanders, coolers, test equipment, vehicles, etc.)

• Represent the Company during contacts with landowner/tenants, public officials/emergency officials and at local meetings. (One Call, Pipeline Groups, Soil Conservation, USFS, etc.)

• Oversee construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties.

• Train and oversee company and third party personnel as required (e.g., personnel in progression, transport drivers, contractors, and visitors)

• Perform governmental compliance activities (PHMSA, State Agencies, EPA, USFS, etc.)

• Perform minor electrical maintenance.

• Identify, report and correct safety and environmental concerns.

• Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives.

• Participate in the development of O&M Procedures, Site Specific Procedures, project scopes and work plans.

• Complete all applicable documentation and record keeping.

• Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, regulatory, and Company tariff requirements.

• Demonstrate performance toward operational excellence.

• Regular and predictable attendance.

• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience / Specific Knowledge:

• Must respond to, and address, callouts and emergencies after regular business hours including after dark hours, which requires carrying a communication device.

• Knowledge of compressor, pump stations, gas treatment, storage facilities, process plant, gather transmission, pipeline system operations is a plus.

• Knowledge reading and interpreting blueprints, P&IDs and other diagrams

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements.

• May be required to possess a commercial driver’s license, drive a company commercial vehicle and comply with all motor vehicle laws of the jurisdiction and company policies.

• May be required to achieve and maintain certifications as required to perform job duties.

• Achieve and maintain all Operational Qualifications (OQs) and progression requirements applicable to the job classification.
