Travel RN Job Opening – Emergency Room (ER)
Facility: Jenkins County Medical Center
Location: Millen, GA 30442
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule & Shift Details : Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM / Alternating: One week 3x12s, next week 4x12s
Schedule Type: Blocked
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Requirements- Experience:
- 2+ years ER experience required
- First-time travelers OK
- Previous charge experience: Preferred
- Certifications (Must be in hand at submission):
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- CPI: Preferred, not required
- License: Must be active at time of submission – No pending licenses
- Charting System: CSPI (preferred – training available )
kills & Experience
- General ER knowledge: seizures, psych, abuse, asthma, trauma, ortho, etc.
- IV therapy, med admin (vasopressors, sedation), ABG interpretation
- Psych experience: suicidal patients, overdose, managing violent behavior
- Emergency skills: 12-lead EKGs, dysrhythmia management, intubation
