Job Responsibilities

  • Fill tables and cases with cakes by taking product from prep area to sales area.
  • Follow proper procedures to ensure store meets out-of-stock percentage goals.
  • Apply merchandising principles that will help to generate sales as well as WOW the guest.
  • Take special orders from guests over the telephone and in person.
  • Maintain quality of product for sale by checking sales area for dates and condition of product.
  • Document and/or record daily known loss.

  • Know how to read single line electrical diagrams
  • Know how to trace electrical systems
  • Know how to trouble shoot PLCs and DCSs
  • Know how VFDs work and how to trouble shoot them
  • Know how to trouble HVAC units that are not working correctly
  • Know how to determine correct wire requirements and electricity requirements based on end electrical use
  • Know how to wire up electrical equipment
  • Understand when and how to do ground fault checks along with megger testing
  • Utilize SAP to plan work, tracking progress, and order parts
