Position Overview:

  • Caseload includes approximately 18–21 students total

  • Services are split between two K–5 elementary schools

  • One location serves 3–4 students , and the second serves 15–17 students

  • Students present with mild to moderate communication needs

  • No students are in substantially separate classrooms or require AAC/non-verbal support

  • Services must be provided in person ; no remote work is available

  • The weekly schedule is flexible and can be coordinated with the district

Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: 12/15/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $ - $

PT- Rehab needed asap To organize and conduct medically prescribed treatment programs for adult and pediatric patients to help restore function and prevent disability according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current BLS Serves as a clinical resource for rehabilitation staff in a focused area of clinical expertise; plans and conducts treatment programs for patients. Assists management in the planning, development, organization and supervision of the specified clinical specialty area.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Rehab PT-MA Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

  • Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or four 10 hour shifts 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Outpatient adult orthopedics with post-surgical, neuro, and general medicine patients
  • Outpatient facility setting
