What will you do?
- Greet and provide friendly guest services to check in and out of the hotel efficiently.
- Run night audit function, reconcile credit card payments, guest folio, billing and corrections.
- Review pending advance deposits and charges.
- Quote room rates and room package information.
- Complete shift closing, drop cash and POS payments, securing the bank at all times and follow proper cash handling policies.
More about you
- Previous experience in customer service environment, POS, credit and cash handling, front desk and night audit is preferred.
- Good communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately handle money and count change
- Experience in data entry using MS Excel
Physical requirements
- Must be able to work overnight shift.
- Ability to stand and walk entirety of shift.
- Will bend, twist, crouch, push, pull and grasp items and climb stairs.
- Will occasionally lift 25 pounds.
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity to work with computer and paperwork.
