American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience and a valid SD PT license for a post-acute setting.

• Work in a post-acute care environment with coverage across outpatient, inpatient swing bed, assisted living, and long-term care/skilled nursing settings
• Treat 6 to 8 patients per day, caseload dependent on department needs
• Patient population includes post-surgical, orthopedic (total joints, ORIF), neurologic (stroke, Parkinson's, MS), sports medicine, and complex medical cases
• May be required to float between settings within the same day
• Team supported by 3 PTs, 1 PTA, 1 COTA, 1 OT, and 1 SLP
• Uses Epic for documentation; experience with Epic is preferred
