+ Operate HVAC equipment and report usage trends
+ Maintain/operate Building Automation Systems (BAS)
+ Ensure proper indoor air quality, temperature, and humidity
+ Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
+ Manage emergency power systems for HVAC
+ Implement energy conservation measures
+ Assist with snow and ice removal when needed
+ Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage
+ Complete Mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees
+ Maintain NATE, HVAC Excellence Professional, Light Commercial Air Conditioning, Gas Heat and Green Awareness Certification, UA Star Mastery Certification. CFC Certification Universal
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Maintain a minimum of 16 hours annually of continuing education from either a NATE, HVAC Excellence, UA Star recognized provider program, or industry-recognized HVAC training organization.
+ Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
+ Minimum Experience: 3 of the last 5 years' experience in a facility similar in size and scope as specifications require.
+ Experience with electronic, electrical, and pneumatic instrumentation controls and testing associated with industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs
