What You’ll Do

  • Support with patient intake, client communication, and education on treatments
  • Help manage patient flow and appointment coordination in a fast-paced setting

Ideal Candidate
  • Licensed/Credentialed veterinary technician; experienced veterinary assistants may also be considered
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in small animal practice

What You’ll Do


As an Oncology Veterinary Technician you’ll work closely with our board-certified oncologists to support patients throughout their treatment—from diagnosis through chemotherapy and follow-up. You’ll be a steady, compassionate presence for both patients and families.


In this role, you will:

  • Administer medications and chemotherapy under the supervision of an oncologist
  • Assist with diagnostics, including lab work, imaging, and CT scans
  • Support oncology appointments and help manage patient flow and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate medical records , treatment notes, and drug logs
  • Provide empathetic client communication and education
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Radiology

Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position

Some holidays are required 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation

  • Starting at $22-34/hr , commensurate with experience

Requirements

What You'll Do:  


As a member of the Internal Medicine team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering advanced specialty care and supporting diagnostic procedures. In this role, you will:

  • Assist with ultrasounds, endoscopies, and other imaging procedures  
  • Provide technical support for internal medicine diagnostics and treatments  
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding their pet’s care  
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care  
  • Manage appointment coordination, patient flow, and follow-up communications  
  • Maintain accurate medical records and assist with timely referral documentation  
  • Cross-train and support the Cardiology department as needed  

Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensed or credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) , or an experienced Veterinary Assistant  
  • Prior experience or interest in Internal Medicine or specialty care  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • A team-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment  
  • Familiarity with ultrasound and endoscopy procedures is a plus  
  • Comfortable using veterinary software systems  
  • A compassionate, proactive, and collaborative approach to veterinary care

  • Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 7:30 PM  - 8:00 AM 
  • Sunday, Monday and Wednesday: 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM  
  • Some holidays are required

Compensation  

  • Starting at $25-34/hr, commensurate with experience and licensure 
  • $5,000 retention bonus, available for Licensed Veterinary Technicians 

Requirements

What You’ll Do:


As an Emergency & Critical Care Technician , you’ll work directly with our ER doctors and support team to deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. Your ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and act as a patient advocate is key to our mission.  In this role, you will:

  • Provide triage and stabilize incoming patients
  • Administer IV, IM, SQ, and PO medications
  • Assist with diagnostics such as radiographs, bloodwork, and ECGs
  • Manage fluid therapy and anesthesia monitoring as needed
  • Communicate effectively with doctors, teammates, and clients
  • Maintain detailed medical records and treatment sheets
  • Support patient admissions, discharges, and client education
  • Assist in emergency procedures and critical care support 

Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) or an experienced veterinary technician/assistant
  • Strong organizational and client communication skills  
  • Comfortable with advanced diagnostics, imaging, and anesthetic monitoring  
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn veterinary software systems  
  • A collaborative, compassionate approach to specialty patient care  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
