+ Direct the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives through comprehensive system analysis and optimization of SAP capabilities
+ Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple SAP modules including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, product costing, tax, treasury, and profitability analysis/management reporting, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to ensure seamless integration and functionality
+ Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, including test automation and streamlined workflows, to increase operational efficiency and system effectiveness
+ Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, managing project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals

**For this role you will need**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 8+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a live SAP environment with a Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a live SAP environment with a Master's Degree
+ 4+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience within cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functional areas
+ Experience with two or more areas of SAP FI/CO modules including, general ledger, project systems, asset accounting, cost center, accounting, margin analysis, product cost controlling
+ Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA cash management, treasury, and risk management
+ Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Concur, TrinTech, or other account reconciliation software, ServiceNow, and GL Wand (InsightSoftware)
+ Experience in enterprise structure design and finance master data management
+ Demonstrated success with achieving results in complex situations
+ Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements and design robust technical solutions

**Job Location**
This hybrid role is located at offices in either Durham, NC OR Silver Spring, MD and requires reporting to the office at least three days a week. In office requirements could increase based on business needs.
The salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $190,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for the Company's short-term and long-term incentive programs.

The Senior Director of Quality Operations for Solid Dose leads site quality operations, including all aspects of cGMP manufacturing, packaging and distribution quality. + Prior experience with extracting and interpreting data and information from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback), to produce fully optimum reporting and analysis.

**Job Responsibilities**
· Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
· Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures
· Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
· Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving
· Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
· Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
· Perform and document preventative maintenance and quality control procedures
· Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary
· Assist with processing of specimens when needed
· Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
**Requirements**
· Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or a non-traditional Bachelor's degree that meets local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements
· Previous clinical laboratory testing experience is not required
· ASCP or AMT certification is preferred
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment
· Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus
· High level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skills
· Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
· Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs

**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Technology Sales Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Maintain Client Relationships and Showcase IBM's Tech Value: Actively maintain and nurture client relationships while effectively highlighting the value of IBM's technology solutions.

Utilize Solution-Selling Skills: Apply solution-selling techniques to engage with decision-makers, assess and qualify opportunities, and establish enduring partnerships.

Oversee the Full Sales Process: Take charge of the entire sales process, from handling RFI/RFP responses to meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). The focus is on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

Collaborate with IBM's Sales Network: Work in cooperation with IBM's sales ecosystem to develop and execute sales campaigns, ultimately leading to the growth of the sales pipeline.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Experience in Tech Sales: Actively acquiring new clients.
* Ability to Convey Tech Solutions: Effectively articulating the business and financial impact of tech solutions.
* Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrating engaging and influential communication and presentation abilities.
* Relationship Management/C-suite Engagement: Experience selling to large enterprises and ability to convey business value propositions.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Data & AI Market Knowledge: Expertise in the Data & AI market to serve as a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's Data & AI offerings will be provided).
* Healthcare industry Knowledge: Experience with healthcare/health insurance companies.
