We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic and growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, develop financial policies, and contribute to companywide initiatives.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the consolidation of financial results across all business units and product lines.
+ Prepare and distribute accurate monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
+ Ensure the accounting team maintains thorough account reconciliations in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
+ Develop and implement robust financial controls and streamline the monthly close process.

+ Collaborate with external auditors, Group, and regional accounting teams, and contribute to financial statement disclosures.

+ Provide guidance to business unit accounting teams in drafting IFRS memos and coordinate with auditors to ensure alignment.
+ Educate finance teams across the organization on IFRS standards and Group policies, highlighting their impact on financial reporting.
+ Contribute to the creation of companywide financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
+ Lead the implementation of these policies across the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.
+ Engage and develop team members through clear goal setting, constructive feedback, and tailored professional development plans.
+ Encourage participation in projects that support both personal and professional growth.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
+ 5+ years of accounting management or senior operational experience.
+ Experience with SOX and SEC compliance.
+ Proficiency in IFRS standards.

+ Proficiency in SAP.
+ Experience in manufacturing cost accounting.

**As a Manager, you will:**
+ Assist with financial close when needed as well as improve financial statement close processes
+ Assistance with Cash to Accrual accounting, open balance sheet preparation and purchase accounting
+ Assist with Audit Readiness
+ Lead technical accounting projects on matters, such as IPO/SPAC, ASC 480, 606, 718, 805 or 815, as well as SEC reporting
+ Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, reconciliations, month-end close, accounting memos, and audit schedules for public filings (10-Q or 10-K)
**What you bring to the role:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA license (active or in process)
+ Five (5) or more years of experience within a public accounting firm and/or industry environment performing audit, accounting or consulting services for SEC registered public companies required
+ Proven experience and interest in technical accounting matters, such as
+ Exposure to Cash to GAAP conversions, IFRS to US GAAP conversions, and SEC reporting
+ Strong organizational skills including experience with planning and leading a project from start to finish
+ Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while working independently and within a group environment
+ Robust written and verbal communication skills, including ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels both within the client organization and the firm
+ Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with a focus on details and accuracy
+ Travel as needed for firm meetings and client site visits up to 35%
