Impact Fire Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Office Manager in our Gainesville, GA office. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
**Primary Job Responsibilities:**
+ Greeting visitors upon arrival to the office
+ Manage workflow ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
+ Assist in scheduling work for field employees
+ Assist with collection calls on outstanding invoices
+ Dispatching technicians to perform service at customer sites.
+ Answering phone calls and email messages
+ Provide customer support as needed.
+ Scheduling service for customers as needed.
+ Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
+ Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
+ Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
**Required Skills:**
+ Administrative Assistant experience
+ Current use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) in a proficient manner
+ Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
+ Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

**GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY**
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for AIS Infrastructure projects. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction and industrial services projects. The Administrative Coordinator must possess a strong knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures and adhere to AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and protocols.
**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related activities.

+ Maintain and organize project files, records, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats.

The Department of Radiation Oncology is seeking an OPS part-time data entry assistant to populate a breast cancer database. Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, and with direction from the Director of Analytic Services, this individual will leverage their clinical knowledge to collect information about breast cancer patient medical histories from both paper and electronic medical records as well as check the accuracy and completeness of data. Speed and attention to detail are required of the ideal candidate. This individual will work closely with the Principal Investigator to ensure timely and accurate collection of data. Calling patients to update vital status information would be expected for those who are lost to follow up on file. Remote work will be accommodated for this role.
Expected Salary:
$15.00 per hour
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate area and at least three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Epic
Prior clinical research experience.
Detail oriented and excellent time management skills.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solve computer-related issues
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
