**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:** To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Provides front desk reception and manages visitor logs and visitor badges.
+ Greets and directs visitors following the security protocol
+ Manages the creation of employee badges, visitor badges, and replacement badges.
+ Supports with new employee onboarding tasks
+ Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail to the appropriate individuals daily.
+ Assist HR team with timekeeping, recruiting support, onboarding, and other administrative tasks as needed
+ Assist Marketing team with site related branding, PR, and communications
+ Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
+ Assists with internal meetings and events to ensure proper and timely set-up, ordering food, preparing signage and other duties as required.
+ Monthly update of Dubois office phone directory and email groups.
+ Assists with other related clerical duties as assigned such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
+ Support and coordination of Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
+ Support and coordination of Dubois employee appreciation/social events.
+ Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organizational needs
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ High school diploma.
+ One year of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to work a 8:00am to 4:30pm shift
+ Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
+ Professional appearance and attitude
+ Proactive and able to plan and anticipate the needs of the business and staff
+ Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the organization
+ Customer/Client Focused
+ Technical knowledge, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and some PowerPoint
The estimated salary range for this position is $25 to $28 . Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. About the Administrative Case Manager Role
As an Administrative Case Manager within our County Programs team, you'll provide case management and coordinate services for individuals enrolled in county-based programs-with a dedicated focus on supporting intakes and serving as a backup. This position is ideal for someone who is community-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about veteran advocacy and outreach.
Starting Rate: $19.50/hour
Administrative Case Manager Core Responsibilities
- Provides case management and service coordination for individuals and their families
- Complete intake process for individuals
- Assesses individual needs and develops service plans
- Provides suicide prevention and community support resources
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical service delivery
- Valid driver's license, automobile, and current insurance

This position would support both the Clearfield, PA and DuBois, PA office during the week. Work is in-office and community-based, with regular travel across Clearfield and Jefferson counties.
