+ Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift. Maintains filing systems and documents.
+ Gathers from and provides information to floor employees in his/her area of support.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ B.A. (or equivalent degree) and 3 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 4 years of relevant work experience.
+ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
+ Must have general knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintaining spreadsheets, and coordinating travel.
+ Must have experience with maintaining a secured facility, or working in a military or Department of Defense environment.

+ Must be able to solve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, and contribute to projects and goals.
