Job Description
The Teamcenter Administrator role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Teamcenter PLM system. This includes system configuration, user administration, data management, troubleshooting, and ensuring system stability and performance. The Administrator will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure the effective utilization of Teamcenter within the organization to ensue seamless operations and robust system performance to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter PLM software and related components.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage system backups and recovery procedures.
- Ensure system security and data integrity.
- User Administration
- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Provide user training and support on Teamcenter functionalities.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Data Management
- Manage data migration and synchronization processes.
- Implement data cleansing and archiving strategies.
- Ensure data quality and consistency within the system.
- Customization & Enhancement
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to Teamcenter workflows.
- Customize Teamcenter to meet business requirements.
- Design, test, and deploy new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system utilization and efficiency.
- Integration & Support
- Integrate Teamcenter with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CAD tools).
- Provide technical support and resolve end-user issues.

- Training & Documentation
- Create and maintain system documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and onboarding sessions.

- Keep abreast of the latest Teamcenter releases and best practices.
- Attend relevant training courses and conferences to enhance skills.
- 5+ years of experience as a Teamcenter Systems Administrator required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture , data model, and administration tools.
- Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace, Teamcenter Visualization, and other Teamcenter modules.
- Familiarity with Teamcenter CAD integrations including Solid Edge & NX.
- Knowledge of Export/Import using PLMXML, IPS Data Upload.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to access to controlled documents, as stipulated by regulatory guidelines.

Position Summary
Administrative Nurse I is responsible for directing patient care, related unit activities and personnel on an assigned shift utilizing the Nursing Process and Relationship-Based Care model as the framework in order to ensure quality patient care and work flow. The ANI identifies work priorities, determines and coordinates daily assignments and staff scheduling. The Administrative Nurse I takes initiative to improve patient outcomes by integrating Shared Leadership, Evidence Based Practice, Relationship Based Care and standards of nursing excellence into practice. Through therapeutic relationships with patients, families, self and colleagues, the Administrative Nurse I functions as role model who directs patient care and fulfills unit and organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and updates the patient's plan of care based on on-going assessment of the patient and input from the patient's family. Advocates for patients, families, and their significant others, the community, and the nursing profession. Integrates theoretical knowledge, evidence-based research, current standards of practice and clinical experience to provide "quality" patient care as measured by established nursing quality standards and other governing/accrediting health care bodies. Takes responsibility for continued professional growth/development by identification of learning needs and initiates strategies to meet such needs. Identifies recurring clinical practice and/or related unit problems and participates in problem solving and resolution. In collaboration with Patient Care Manager/Director/CNCII assists with unit-based quality/research initiatives and provides feedback and education to staff. Minimum Qualifications
* Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Professional Regulation.
* One (1) year of RN experience required.
* Current AHA BLS/CPR and other required unit specific certifications.
* Effective communication skills (oral and written) that facilitate therapeutic relationships between patients, family, and health care providers.
* Intermediate computer skills with the ability to become proficient in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) with on-the-job training.
* Excellent attendance, interpersonal skills and work history required.
