What you'll do:
This position serves as the primary point of contact for the VP of Finance and the VP of Sales Strategy and Marketing for the Eaton Aerospace Group. This position will provide value-added administrative support for the functions utilizing previous experience, strong problem-solving ability, balanced judgment, and communication skills. Administrative support can include but is not restricted to presentation preparation, data analysis, meeting scheduling and arranging, preparation and issuance of monthly status reports, booking and coordinating meeting and travel arrangements and any administration associated with key initiatives. The position will interact locally and internationally with Corporate, Divisions and functions and also support Aerospace focused activities at Eaton Center as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
• Exhibits professional communication style in person, over the phone, email and instant messaging when dealing with internal Executives, and members of numerous outside organizations.
• Supports the preparation of presentations for all meetings including gathering the necessary data to complete the task through multiple avenues in the organization.
• Manage executive calendars - set meetings and coordinate meeting times across multiple businesses and time zones.
• Provides coordination and booking of travel arranging including travel arrangements for visiting guests, customers and clients.
• Provides administrative support including preparation, reconciliation and filing of T&E reports in Concur.
• Maintains effective working relationships with all internal/external employees as well as external customers and clients.
• Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and ability to act independently during completion of tasks.
• Shares responsibility of general office operations with other administrative assistants and supports other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience required.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.

Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Tech Savvy with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.

Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers.
Retail Pharmacy is responsible for ensuring the correct and safe dispensing of prescription medications to the general public, in accordance with legal, ethical and professional guidelines; may also consult with and advise patients and physicians regarding prescribed and over-the-counter medications.
The Pharmacy Technician, Order Processing plays an important role in delivering medication and pharmaceutical care in communities. This includes developing close relationships with patients in communities we serve and assisting the pharmacists in accurately preparing and delivering prescription medication.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls related to setting up orders, working with medical providers, patients, and other pharmacy staff to ensure patients receive their medication in a timely manner
Input patient data and prescription information into pharmacy information management system
Assist the Pharmacist in filling prescription orders, as permitted by the State Boards of Pharmacy
As permitted by applicable state laws, take verbal prescription orders from licensed prescribers and transfer prescriptions between dispensing pharmacies
Review patient insurance coverage status and adjudicate claims for patient orders
Enter prescriptions in pharmacy system
Maintain knowledge of and abide by applicable pharmacy laws and regulations
Communicate with all customers (patients, clinics, care-givers, physicians) in a pleasant and professional manner
Qualifications
High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
2+ years of experience in mail order or retail pharmacy setting, preferred
Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy preferred
Active state or national certification in good standing
Insurance billing experience, preferred

Billing Specialist- Temporary
Catholic Charities is seeking a dynamic individual to assist our Billing team! This assignment will be temporary through the end of 2024. This individual will support the billing office to perform clerical functions for revenue cycle management. This includes processing information needed to complete insurance verifications as well as investigating outstanding, or pending claims to resolve discrepancies. Follows up on accounts that require further evaluation. Works with others in a team environment.

Catholic Charities' Outpatient Mental Health Program is hiring an experienced, communicative and compassionate individual to serve as a therapist for our Ashland and Wayne County offices (mileage reimbursable). The program offers creative treatment for children from preschool age through high school and their families to enhance their strengths while treating each individual with professionalism and respect. The youth served may have experienced severe trauma with abuse and/or neglect. Referrals may come from a variety of sources such as Schools, Children Services, Juvenile Court, schools, pediatricians or others. We are a faith-based organization that provides professional services without regard to a person's personal belief system and are certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. We provide comprehensive clinical assessments for mental health and/or substance abuse.
